Residential Real Estate Management
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I literally bought a drug house across the street from my house just so I could kick out the tenants and move my own in. It worked, so I went on from there.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Experience. We've been through the booms and busts, stayed on top of all the ever changing laws, screen potential tenants very very well, provide first rate maintenance and repair services, and promote our houses better than anybody
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently two locations, 7231 Cooley Lake Rd in West Bloomfield, and 2215 E Walton Blvd in Auburn Hills

The West Bloomfield office is on Cooley Lake Rd. between Union Lake Rd and Hospital, Near OCC. The Auburn Hills office is at the NW corner of Walton Blvd and Opdyke

All major credit cards, checks, money orders, wire transfers, cash
Which areas do you service?
All of Oakland and Macomb Counties, and nearby areas like Grand Blanc, Livonia, the Grosse Pointes, Etc.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The owner is Allen Morris, most daily operations are handled by the office manager, Melissa Defore
What are your hours of operation?
9am to 6pm Monday - Friday
10am to 2pm Saturday
