Carolyn Stieger has completed advanced training in the Senior Move Industry to serve the growing baby-boomer population. Carolyn was also one of the first Home Staging Professionals to achieve the RESA-PRO designation holding its members to the highest level of professionalism. She has earned her Master’s Accredited Staging Professional designation (ASPM®) in 2006, one of only 82 in the nation. Continuing to advance and expand her services, Carolyn became one of the first Certified Relocation and Transition Specialists (CRTS®) to offer assistance to families faced with downsizing and senior transitions. Maintaining her Real Estate license since 1991, she has served homeowners and Realtors as a successful business entrepreneur over the past 13 years. Recognized as one of the leading experts in her field, Carolyn teaches a four-hour Continuing Education class for various Michigan Association of Realtors.

Giving back to her community, Carolyn continues to be an active board member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers and past executive board member of the Ronald McDonald House of SE Michigan (RMHC®), past president, treasurer, marketing director and affiliate ambassador of the Great Lakes Regional IAHSP® Chapter and past national board member of IAHSP®. Other professional memberships include Circle of Senior Services (COSS) and Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), As the National IAHSP® Foundation Ambassador; Carolyn was instrumental in the success of the 2006 Ronald McDonald House Charities Projects with over 28 national staging chapters participating.
As a Home Staging Master, Carolyn has been the TV Host of Senior Moments and featured in Oakland Business Review, Oakland Press, The Realview E-zine, The Detroit News, C&G Newspapers, Observer and Eccentric, Channel 7 (WXYZ)7 News, NBC Today Show and as a featured guest home staging expert on The Real Estate Insider radio show.
